- Paté Una - on homemade brown bread & honey peppers.

- Tsatsikki (cucumber & garlic dip) with crackers and olive focacia

- Crostini / Bruchetta with Tomato 1. Roast red peppers 2. onion marmalade & fr. basil 3. poached pear + blue cheese



Main

- Organic Chicken Provençale (Tomato rosemary + black olives)

- Basmati rice, beetroot riata and avocado salsa

- Vegetarian Provençale with chick peas and parsley

- Poached salmon with prawn garnish, lemon mayonnaise and minted new potatoes.
